REGENaB is an editorial design practice for annual reports, ESG disclosures and investor documents. Built from a blank file in Adobe InDesign, for companies whose documents are read by investors, regulators and boards.

Method
Five stages, every project.
Two full revision rounds are included. The document leaves the studio when it is right, not when the clock runs out.
Briefing
Objective, audience and what the document must prove. A clear brief is the foundation for every later decision.
Structure
Document architecture: 12-column grid, type scale, colour system and the hierarchy a reader should feel at first glance.
Production
Built in InDesign with data, charts and tables fully integrated. Styles applied to every paragraph and every cell.
Revision
Two rounds of feedback, applied precisely as given. Changes are tracked and confirmed before the next pass.
Delivery
Print PDF, interactive PDF with clickable index, and the editable .indd source when ownership matters.

Transparent pricing.
All prices in euros, excluding VAT. Every fixed quote includes two revision rounds, a print PDF and an interactive PDF with bookmarks. The editable InDesign source and the linked Excel file are available on request. Quotes in GBP or USD on request.

Are you an agency?
White-label production has its own trade rates, per page or per day.
REGENaB is founded and directed by Abraão Henriques, an editorial designer specialising in corporate documents and data-heavy reports.
Trained in graphic design and multimedia, Abraão works across Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Excel, with a particular focus on how numbers are structured, linked and presented. Tables, charts and KPIs are treated as the core of a report, not decoration around the text.
EU-based, working in English and Portuguese. Every project is handled directly by the founder, from briefing to final file.

Before you commission.
What does “zero templates” mean in practice?
Each document starts from a blank InDesign file. Grid, paragraph styles, table styles and master pages are built for your content. No purchased layouts and no files inherited from other clients.
How does live data integration work?
Your figures stay in Excel. Ranges are linked directly to InDesign tables, so when the numbers change the document updates and keeps its formatting.
Can my team edit the document after delivery?
Yes. The editable .indd source is available as an add-on, delivered with linked Excel data, fonts and image assets.
Do you offer accessibility compliance?
Yes, as an add-on. Any document can be upgraded to PDF/UA with tagged structure, alt text and a verified reading order, for 20–25% of the base fee.
Do you work with clients outside Portugal?
International delivery is the default. Projects run in English, quotes are issued in EUR (GBP or USD on request), and payment is by SEPA, SWIFT or Stripe. NDAs are signed on request.
What is the payment structure?
50% on brief approval and 50% on delivery. Above €12,000 the fee splits into three milestones: 40% deposit, 30% at first draft, 30% at final delivery.
Can you handle a rush deadline?
For established clients, rush turnaround is possible case by case with a flat 30% expedited fee.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies can hire REGENaB as a white-label production partner, under NDA and under the agency's name. See agency terms and trade rates.
