Turning a concept into a working InDesign system: paragraph, character, table and cell styles, master pages, baseline grid, GREP rules and an automated table of contents.
Data pages
Financial tables linked to the client's Excel source, so late figure changes update without retyping. Charts redrawn as clean vector files in Illustrator.
Revisions
Client correction rounds applied precisely, with a change log so your account team can confirm every edit.
Final files
Print PDF with bleed and ICC profile, interactive PDF with bookmarks and links, and a packaged InDesign file with fonts and links.

  1. Brief

    You send the concept, any existing template, the copy and the deadline. I reply with a fixed quote.

  2. Test spread

    On the first project I set one spread free of charge, so you can check fit and quality before confirming.

  3. Production

    The full document built to your system, with progress PDFs at agreed checkpoints.

  4. Handover

    Final PDFs and the packaged InDesign file, named and structured your way.

I'm Abraão Henriques, editorial designer and founder of REGENaB, specialised in the production of corporate and data-heavy documents in InDesign.

Every file is built by me personally. No juniors and no further outsourcing, which matters when your client's figures are under embargo.

EU-based, working in English and Portuguese. I can typeset Dutch, French and German from supplied copy.

Before the first brief.

Do you design or only produce?

For agencies I work to your creative direction. If you want design input on a layout problem, I will flag it with a suggestion, never change it on my own.

Can you work inside our existing template?

Yes, that is the most common case. If the template has gaps, such as missing table styles or inconsistent masters, I fix them and document the change.

How do you handle confidential figures?

An NDA is signed before any file is shared. Files are used only for your project and deleted after handover on request.

What size of project can you take?

Reports from 20 to 120+ pages. For large reports with tight deadlines, tell me early so the schedule is reserved.

How is work invoiced?

Fixed quote per project, invoiced in EUR on delivery. Ongoing partners can be invoiced monthly.
